Who owns the domain address and website?

Your domain is 100% yours, registered to your ABN. If you ever want to leave, it goes with you. The website itself is built inside Dingotek's platform, so it can't be exported to another provider or host, but if you leave, we'll send you your text and photos so a new site doesn't start from zero.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay the $199 setup fee and $69 a month. Optional extras, like missed call text back, are always opt in and priced upfront before you switch them on.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time, no notice period, no contract. Your domain goes with you. The site itself is built inside Dingotek's platform, so it can't be migrated elsewhere, but your photos, copy and content are always yours to take with you.

Do you charge extra for minor updates?

You get 2 minor text and image updates included in your monthly plan, no extra charge. Anything beyond that, we'll quote before doing it. We want your site to stay fresh without you worrying about being nickel and dime'd.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. If it's not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your site going live and we'll refund your first month's payment in full, no conditions, no need to explain. One email or call is all it takes.

The $199 setup fee isn't refunded if you simply change your mind, since it covers the work getting you live. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. After that though, you're never locked in. Pause or cancel any time, no questions asked.
